Convenient location near the pier, restaurants, shopping, and the main beach. Guests will enjoy a well-appointed kitchen, including all appliances and a dishwasher.
The living area includes a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV and a dining table seating 6. There is additional seating at the breakfast bar for 2. Enjoy the ocean breezes and gorgeous views from your private furnished balcony, which is accessible from the bedroom and living room.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The attached bath has a double sink, separate tub, and shower. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a King-size bed, and Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin-size beds. This property is handicap-friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). The building has a private, gated parking garage below the building. Each unit has two assigned parking spaces. This condo is pet-friendly.
About the Sandpiper Condos: This oceanfront gated condo building is located on the Strand, on the South end of Tybee Island. Situated in the heart of the South end commercial district, just steps from the beach, Tybee Pier, restaurants, and shopping.
The Sandpiper Condo building is separated by a public parking lot from the beach and is in between two popular Tybee restaurants, Fannie's on the Beach and Spanky's Beachside, both sometimes offer live entertainment. The oceanfront units are premier rentals for some of Tybee's events and fireworks show on July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, and New Year's Eve.
NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking spaces- especially during peak/ high seasons.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
