We had a terrific stay at Sandpiper 302. It is larger than it appears in the photos, which was a really nice surprise. The kitchen is very well stocked. (We were given a complimentary bottle of dish soap and two soap cubes for the dishwasher, but it would be good to bring additional cubes if you don't want to hand wash dishes.) The view from the porch looking out on the beach/ocean is great, and the location of Sandpiper is excellent for access to the beach, pier, restaurants, and shops. One suggestion is to bring a sleep mask if you are the one sleeping in the back bedroom, as the outside lights, which do a wonderful job of illuminating the back area, also throw considerable light into the bedroom, even though there are Venetian blinds on the window. The property was clean and the TVR staff are all very fun friendly. Highly recommend this as a destination place to stay.

Rest & Rejuvenation
We love, love, love Sandpiper Condos! Have stayed in numerous ones here, but could not remember ever staying in 302! We loved the layout of this condo. The welcome package left by Tybee Vacation Rentals was a great touch! Check in and check out is fast with online option. But, mainly it was all about some rest and rejuvenation for the four of us! The view is what it is all about for us and you cannot go wrong with Sandpiper! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great Oceanfront Condo - July 2016
I initially found this listing on vrbo.com. It wouldn't let me book online due to a minimum 3-night stay, however I corresponded through vrbo's messaging system to get an exemption since the property was already booked the day before and after which prevented adding additional nights. I do wish we could've stayed longer. The condo was conveniently located on the beach with just a small public parking lot separating the condo and the beach. It was very super close to the pier as well, though there was one minor downside to that. The pavilion blocks the view of the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The A/C was great, internet speed tests showed 24Mbps, walking distance to the IGA grocery store, Dizzy Dean's package store, and tons of restaurants and bars. Minor cons are harsh toilet paper (I recommend bringing your own) and lack of scrubbing pads for manual washing of dishes. Unless you bring these, you are forced to use the dishwasher even if you have a very small load.

Condo was beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. Only 2 areas for improvement, shower water pressure not very good and all beds were very firm. Other than that location is awesome, price is reasonable, furnishings seem updated and clean rooms. 302 was all we expected n more.

The picture uploaded was taken Easter morning from our balcony. Our families stay at Sandpiper 302 was absolutely amazing. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. Close to the beach with amazing sunrise views. This was our exchange students first trip to Tybee Island and it will surely always be a memorable trip for us all!

We LOVED our stay at Sandpiper 302! The condo was great! The location can't be beat. The only downfall was the parking, it's not easy to get in & out of the parking spaces. But overall we had an awesome stay!

We had a wonderful and relaxing week at Tybee and Sandpiper. So much that we extended our stay for an extra night! We vacationed with our daughter and family from Ft. Jackson, SC and are talking about making it a yearly trip. The view from the condo balcony was just amazing and kept us all, even the young children, fasinated for hours. Be sure and bring your binoculars!

this wasn't the original property I booked. the first one was uninhabitable due to hurricane Matthew that came through. Tybee vacation rentals worked with me to place me in a property that had the same accommodations as the original property, and I was very thankful for the diligence. this was a wonderful stay, beautiful ocean view, and property as well. The kitchen was stocked plates silverware and cooking utensil wise, and we were left with a nice little reusable bag filled with complimentary samples of dish soap, coffee and other small things. washer and dryer right in the property, as well as 2 parking spots, although shuffling cars was a bit annoying. just about everything was in walking distance (shops, resturants/bars even a small grocery store) I will absolutely be booking through them again, and look forward to going back!

Best vacation week for my family. This condo was the best size. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony, watching people and the boats & barges. We brought binoculars, which helped to see farther out. The condo had plenty of room for 4 adults. It is very nice and clean. We loved the location. Within walking distance (about half a block or two), from restaurants, shops and bars. The pier and ocean is steps away. Parking in a gated underground lot is wonderful also. Thank you for allowing me and my family to rent your home this week. Looking forward to next year.

This year for our girls trip we decided to come to Tybee Island. We are 7 friends from high school who graduated in 1986. We absoutely loved our stay. I believe the condo is nicer than the pictures show. All 3 bedrooms are spacious. The bathroom the 2 bedrooms share is across the hallway (normal size). The bathroom in the master bedroom is huge. The entire condo space was larger than I expected. Even though there is a parking lot dividing the condo from the ocean, you can see the beach perfectly! We were warned about the noise level, since the condo is situated between 2 restaurants that provide entertainment; however, it did not bother any of us and it was quite enjoyable. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants, gift shops, and bars. We did have to call the office because our WiFi did not work. The company changed the password the day before, so that was an easy fix. I do suggest to anyone staying- you might want to bring a few more bath towels and wash cloths. We really enjoyed our stay!!

My family of 4, my brother and his girlfriend, and our parents stayed at Sandpiper. This was our first time to Tybee, and we will be back! We were lucky enough to witness a dolphin birth and a jumping dolphin while on our tour with Capt. Mikes tours. Highly recommend eating at the Crab Shack, we did twice! And Wet Willies is a great way to end the day with an adult slushie!! We will be back to Tybee!
