Description
Sandpiper 207 is located on the second floor of the back building of the Sandpiper Condos. There is an elevator and partial side ocean views from the balcony looking down the lane. Put your toes in the sand just 20 yards away! The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen and tile and laminate wood floors. The dining table seats 4 with an additional 4 at the breakfast bar. The living area offers a Queen sleeper sofa along with a 40in flat-screen TV. There is a small private balcony furnished with two rockers that offer a glimpse of the ocean when looking down the lane.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King, 32in flat screen TV/DVD, and offers an attached bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Bedroom 2 includes a 32in flat-screen TV/DVD, and Bedroom 3 is furnished with a Twin size and a Double size bed. There is a full bath in the hall along with a full-sized washer and dryer. Wireless high-speed internet/WIFI is available for guest use.
Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). 2 parking spaces in remote access gated lot with key entry oceanfront street entrance.
NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/high seasons.
About the Sandpiper Condos: This oceanfront gated condo building is located on the Strand, on the South end of Tybee Island. Situated in the heart of the South end commercial district, just steps from the beach, Tybee Pier, restaurants, and shopping. The Sandpiper Condo building is separated by a public parking lot from the beach and is in-between two popular Tybee restaurants, Fannie`s on the Beach and Spanky`s Beachside, both sometimes offer live entertainment.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.
