Stayed here with 8 girls for a relaxing bachelorette party weekend. Great location, right beside fun restaurants, bars, and a minute walk out to the beach - can't beat that! The condo was great, and the only very small complaint I have is with the sleeper sofa. Horribly uncomfortable as you could feel every single spring in it. Maybe keep a mattress topper or even one of those egg shell foam toppers on property for future guests. If you don't have to put two people on the sofa though but only one, I suggest don't pull out the sofa and instead just sleep on it as is. All the other beds were great though with no complaints from others in our group! But other than the sofa, the property was great, the girls I came in contact with at Tybee Vacation Rentals were all helpful and accommodating, and the check-in and check-out processes were very simple!

My husband & I enjoyed everything about our experience with TVR and the Sandpiper Condo. We were very happy with the cleanliness, the updated decor, a lovely welcome bag that awaited us inside the condo. The location was perfect, central to all of happenings on South Beach Tybee. The beds & furniture were super comfy and we had everything we needed. We are already planning our return.

Great place to relax & enjoy a beach stay! Pretty decor, clean, spacious. Excellent location to beach & restaurants. Bike trails close & we enjoyed touring on them to the lagoon side. Have stayed with this agency 3 times, & will again!

We enjoyed sandpiper 107 very much. It was roomy, clean and very convenient to everything we needed. 'Fanny's' is a great place to eat as well as The Breakfast Club. Spanky's next door was nice for a quick drink. Having a comfortable space and the ability to have our pet with us is huge. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were quite roomy and comfortable. Loved the condo. Little tight for seating in living area and dining if using all 3 bedrooms. Super convenient to shops, restaurants, and beach.

I really enjoyed our stay. Was roomy enough for all of us. Very close walk to the beach and food. Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the evenings. The employees were extremely helpful to any questions we had. We definitely will be back next year.

TVR has GREAT customer service! We had a few issues during our stay and every time I called them they were on the problem working to fix it immediately! This condo was a great location with young children b/c it is a close walk to the beach. Two areas that were not TVR's fault but would need to be considered when staying is the parking and the elevator. Parking is very tight and we actually never got to park in our correct parking spot b/c someone else was always in it. If we had not had a handicap sticker to allow us to park there I am not sure where we would have parked so that is one area that would concern me if coming during a busy time. The elevator quit working MULTIPLE times in the 3 1/2 days that we were there which is an issue for people who have to use it as well as people trying to load and unload. Neither of these issues were TVR's fault but would definitely be something to consider for this property. We are already taking about when we can come to Tybee for another visit and will be using TVR to find the perfect place to stay!

The condo was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! The views were stunning. The price for this 3 bedroom condo for a 4 night stay were as much (if not less) than it would have been for a 1-bedroom hotel for the same amount of time. And if that were not enough, the team members at Tybee Vacation Rentals were the best part of my trip. They went above and beyond their job duties. It was supposed to rain on my wedding day, and these ladies spent over an hour on the phone with me helping me come up with back-up plans. I will ONLY rent through this company for all of my return trips to Tybee. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to rent for their vacation. I cannot speak highly enough about this company.

As always, we had a great time on Tybee! Sandpiper 207 was a perfect location for a family with a 2 year old and a dog. It is right on the beach without the activity of being on the Strand. I always rent from TVR and they are always fantastic to work with.
