Sandpiper 205, is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo conveniently located on the South End of Tybee Island near the Tybee Pier, restaurants, shopping, and the main beach. Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the balcony perched above Strand Avenue. Watch all the south-end action from the comfort of your living spaces.
This open living area has ample seating and a flat-screen TV. The dining area has seating for 6. There is a fully equipped kitchen including all appliances and a dishwasher and features counter seating for 2. Enjoy the ocean breezes and gorgeous views from your private furnished balcony which is accessible from both the primary bedroom and living room.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King size bed and has a flat-screen TV. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and a TV, the third bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen sizes beds and a TV. This condo sleeps up to 8 guests.
This condo is handicap friendly as there is an elevator (not ADA compliant). There are 2 reserved parking spaces in the gated lot. NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high season
About the Sandpiper Condos: This oceanfront gated condo building is located on the strand, on the South end of Tybee Island. Situated in the heart of the South end commercial district, just steps from the beach, Tybee Pier, restaurants, and shopping. The Sandpiper Condo building is separated by a public parking lot from the beach and is in-between two popular Tybee restaurants, Fannie`s on the Beach and Spanky's Beachside, both sometimes offer live entertainment. The oceanfront units are premier rentals for some of Tybee`s events.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
