Enjoy the wonderful views of the pier and beach from Sandpiper 203, an updated oceanfront condo located right on the strand on the South end of Tybee. Convenient location near the pier, restaurants, shopping, and just steps away from Tybee's public beach.
Guests will enjoy a well-appointed kitchen including all appliances and a dishwasher. The living area includes a flat-screen TV and a dining table seating 6. There is additional seating at the breakfast bar for 2. Enjoy the ocean breezes and gorgeous views from your private furnished balcony which is accessible from the primary bedroom and living room. There is also a queen inflatable aero bed for extra sleeping space.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King bed and in the attached bathroom you will find a double sink, separate tub, and shower. Bedroom 2 has a King-size bed and Bedroom 3 has a 2 Queen-size beds. All bedrooms are furnished with a TV. A Queen size inflatable mattress is available for additional guests. This property is handicap-friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). The building has a private, gated parking garage below the building. Each unit has 2 assigned parking spaces. This condo is pet-friendly, for 2 dogs.
About the Sandpiper Condos:
This oceanfront gated condo building is located on the Strand, on the South end of Tybee Island. Situated in the heart of the South end commercial district, just steps from the beach, Tybee Pier, restaurants, and shopping.
The Sandpiper Condo building is separated by a public parking lot from the beach and is in-between two popular Tybee restaurants, Fannie's on the Beach and Spanky's Beachside, both sometimes offer live entertainment. The oceanfront units are premier rentals for some of Tybee's events like fireworks show on July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, and New Year's Eve.
NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
