Only 20 yards from the sandy shore and the ocean, you can simply sit back and relax on your private balcony and enjoy the sea breeze, or explore the great South Beach location just steps from awesome shops and restaurants.
Step inside this cozy condo and be swept away by its charm. The living area offers great seating and boasts a flat-screen TV with a sound bar and balcony access. The dining table seats four, and there are four additional seats at the large breakfast bar. The small private balcony is perfect for a quiet evening enjoying a glass of wine, with a table and two chairs, and extra outdoor seating providing a glimpse of the ocean when looking down the lane. The fully equipped kitchen features updated flooring and everything you need to prepare vacation meals with ease.
Bedroom 1 is a true oasis, furnished with a king-sized bed and an attached bath with a soaking tub, a separate shower, and a double vanity. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 is perfect for the little ones, featuring two twin beds. There is a full bath with a shower/garden tub in the hall, along with a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.
The Sandpiper building includes elevator access to each floor. Wireless high-speed internet/WIFI is available for guest use. This condo is pet-friendly. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). 2 parking spaces in remote access gated lot with key entry oceanfront street entrance.
NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/high seasons.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
