Experience your dream beach getaway at Sandpiper 107, a stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that offers wonderful partial ocean views. Only 20 yards from the sandy shore and the ocean, you can simply sit back and relax on your private balcony and enjoy the sea breeze, or explore the great South Beach location just steps from awesome shops and restaurants.

Step inside this cozy condo and be swept away by its charm. The living area offers great seating and boasts a flat-screen TV with a sound bar and balcony access. The dining table seats four, and there are four additional seats at the large breakfast bar. The small private balcony is perfect for a quiet evening enjoying a glass of wine, with a table and two chairs, and extra outdoor seating providing a glimpse of the ocean when looking down the lane. The fully equipped kitchen features updated flooring and everything you need to prepare vacation meals with ease.

Bedroom 1 is a true oasis, furnished with a king-sized bed and an attached bath with a soaking tub, a separate shower, and a double vanity. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 is perfect for the little ones, featuring two twin beds. There is a full bath with a shower/garden tub in the hall, along with a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

The Sandpiper building includes elevator access to each floor. Wireless high-speed internet/WIFI is available for guest use. This condo is pet-friendly. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). 2 parking spaces in remote access gated lot with key entry oceanfront street entrance.

NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/high seasons.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Very beautiful
There were supposed to be 5 of us, but one couldn't make it is a great rental with room for everyone ; which also afforded us privacy. Well worth the cost.

We love staying at the Sandpiper. This was our 3rd summer staying at this location. It's beautiful, super easy access to the beach and shops and makes for a wonderful vacation! We're sad to have to say goodbye..until next year!!

We enjoyed sandpiper 107 very much. It was roomy, clean and very convenient to everything we needed. 'Fanny's' is a great place to eat as well as The Breakfast Club. Spanky's next door was nice for a quick drink. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were quite roomy and comfortable. You can bet we will be back. Thanks again,Nina

Where is this condo located on Tybee?

Answer:

This condo is located on the south end of the island in the downtown by most of the shops, dining, and pier. It is located in a more active area of the island with easy access to the pier.

Where do we park?

There are 2 assigned spaces in the parking garage. The spaces are narrow and can be hard to navigate in larger vehicles.
