This Oceanfront corner-unit condo located right on Strand Avenue on the South end of Tybee is ready and waiting for your next Tybee Island vacay. This updated 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo is right near the pier, restaurants, shopping, and the main beach. Sandpiper Condos is at the heart of Tybee Island, right next to Fannies on the Beach. Be right in the center of all the action the South end of Tybee has to offer.

This spacious condo sleeps up to 8 guests. The open plan living area looks right over the ocean through the sliding glass door with access to the outdoor balcony furnished with a table that seats 6. The large open living and dining room is furnished with a sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The dining table seats 4 with additional 2 seats at the large breakfast bar.

The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and a flat-screen TV and offers an attached bath with a whirlpool tub, separate shower and double vanity. Both guest bedrooms are furnished with Queen-size beds and both have flat-screen TVs. These two bedrooms share a bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower combination. There are a full-sized washer and dryer for guest use in the hallway.

Sandpiper Condos offers private gated parking, with 2 assigned spaces and an oceanfront entry on the street. Wireless high-speed internet/WIFI is available for guest use. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/high seasons.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is not pet friendly.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (28+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote.
