Sandcastle is a nicely furnished home with water views from the two levels of furnished porches. Watch the ships as they pass to and from the Port of Savannah. Head out to the beach and enjoy beautiful sunsets, watch the bottlenose dolphins play, or walk East along the Savannah River to the Atlantic Ocean. You will be just steps away from the beach, as beach the nearest beach access is located just 25 yards from the home.

Sandcastle offers an inverted floor plan with the living spaces located on the third floor. On this level, you will find a wonderful open floor plan with a spacious kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and a dining area with table seating for 8. The living area offers a large flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a Queen sleeper sofa. There is also access to the 3rd level furnished balcony. Additionally, there is a full bath, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a Queen bedroom with 24-inch flat-screen TV located on this level. Walk up the stairs to find the loft which offers 2 Twin beds (the elevator does not access the Twin bedroom).

The second floor of the home features a combined 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a balcony furnished with rocking chairs. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached bathroom with a separate shower and whirlpool tub. The balcony on this floor can be accessed from the master bedroom and from the hall. The other two bedrooms are furnished with Queen beds. On the ground level of the home, you will find the garage and an outdoor grill. There is also an outdoor shower so you can rinse off at the front prior to coming back in from the beach. Please note fireplaces are decorative only.

Parking for up to 4 vehicles - 3 cars in the driveway and 1 car in the garage. Sandcastle is one side of a duplex townhome. This home is not pet-friendly.

Rivers Song is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that sits at the edge of a serene marshland, just a few blocks from beach access at Polk Street. This spacious home comfortably sleeps 8 and provides a perfect escape for your next vacation getaway.

Inside this multi-level home, you'll have bright and comfortable furnishings, an open floor plan, and a large, spacious deck to enjoy the great coastal breezes. On the main living level, the living room has a spectacular view of the marsh below, with a wall of windows with french doors that invite you to step outside. Through the glass doors, you can relax under the shade of the covered deck, and enjoy the calm marsh just beyond. The living area is furnished with ample seating and a large flat-screen TV. The open plan living and dining room is a great space for entertaining with a dining table for 6. The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes all stainless steel appliances, including a gas stovetop, and everything you need to create perfect meals while away from home.

Located on the second floor of the home is the spacious Master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and a flat-screen TV and opens to a beautiful balcony that overlooks the marsh below. The Master Bathroom has a spa-like feel with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and separate glass surround walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom is attached to the Master bedroom, but can be made private by closing the double doors, but is also accessible from the hall. This room is furnished with a Daybed and Trundle, which can sleep up to two guests. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, which is also accessed through the hall.

On the first floor of the home, adjacent to the living room, you will find the third guest bedroom. This spacious bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. There is a full bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower that is attached to this bedroom and also accessible through the hall.

Enjoy the outdoor space at this home which is a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature, with a hot tub overlooking the marsh and a fire-pit for unwinding by the fire. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, for rinsing off after a day at the beach. This home is equipped with an elevator to access each level. there is parking for up to 4 vehicles. WiFi is available. This home is not pet-friendly. The nearest beach access is to the North beach at Polk Street, which is about an 8-minute walk away. The beach access is on the Savannah River, where the River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is little wave action, and the sand beaches are quiet, perfect for long walks, collecting shells, and watching dolphins play and ships traveling up the river.
