With more than 3,500 square feet of space to spread out, enjoy this lovely six-bedroom, three-story townhome located on the tip of Tybee Island in the Captains View neighborhood. This home is ideal for a quiet weekend with the family or a group of friends. The six bedrooms include four spacious guest suites, each with a private bathroom attached. While relaxing on your balcony, watch dolphins play and massive ships on their way to the port. The view is truly stunning; you can see Hilton Head Island and Daufuskie Island, SC, from the expansive top deck. Access the beach from a private boardwalk, where you can stroll the shore. Stop on your way to feed the turtles in the large pond in the backyard. Take a walk on the beach to see the Tybee Lighthouse or collect seashells and other treasures while the waves lap the coastline.
Three stories of living space feature a top-floor living room with amazing views of the Ocean from every seat. The spacious open kitchen is a chef's dream, with plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar with seating for 5, a Keruig and a drip coffee maker, and just about anything else you'll need to make every meal feel special. There is even a wet bar with a built-in beverage fridge. The open floor layout features a large living area and a 12-seat dining room. Enjoy a cup of coffee or an evening cocktail on the balcony. One bedroom on this floor has a connected bathroom, also shared through the hall.
The second floor has three bedrooms with private baths. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share an attached screened-in porch for relaxing and enjoying the Tybee breezes. The remaining two bedrooms are on the ground floor. The laundry room, complete with a full-size washer and dryer, is on the second floor.
Bedrooms 5 and 6 are on the ground level. There is a shared full bathroom. The ground level includes a private elevator to enable guests to transport their items to the upper floors. Guests can enjoy the private pool and patio outside, including a gas grill. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a dip in the pool after a day at the beach. Then, enjoy tons of fun in the game room. The garage has been converted to a game room, complete with foosball and ping pong and an extra refrigerator for beverages.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid. The amount is included in your online quote. In addition, a monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
