This beautifully renovated historic apartment, Park View A, originally built in 1875 and has been updated with all modern amenities. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath first-floor apartment is located across the street from the south end of Forsyth Park and offers classic charm in an urban setting. The living area has great views of the park, comfortable seating, a large flatscreen TV, and a decorative fireplace.

The fully equipped kitchen is newly updated and includes a dining area with seating for 6-8. The primary bedroom features a Queen sized bed, TV, decorative fireplace, and an attached full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The 1st Guestroom features a King bed and TV. The 2nd guest room features a Queen bed and TV. There is an additional full bathroom off the living room with a walk-in shower. Throughout the apartment, you will find: new mattresses, beautiful and stylish furniture, and accessories, new paint, refinished floors, high ceilings, and much more! There are an in-unit washer and dryer for guest convenience along with central air/heat and wireless internet.

This home has a shared entryway and shared front porch from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of Forsyth Park. Note: Fireplaces are sealed and non-working, but they add to the ambiance. No off-street parking is available. Street parking is free in this neighborhood. Street parking is free in this neighborhood. This home is separated from the park by Drayton Street which is a well-traveled one-way road with a speed limit of 35, there may be street noise.

Guests can walk or bike to many nearby amenities including Forsyth Park: Many events are held at the park throughout the year. It is a great choice for picnics, outdoor sports, walking, and jogging. Just across the street are the free tennis courts! This is also where you will find the famous Forsyth fountain which is a popular spot for weddings in Savannah. Also, the Forsyth Farmer’s Market is a great early Saturday morning event to attend.

Dining: Fine dining or cocktails at The Mansion on Forsyth Park is located about 2.5 blocks away. Around the corner, you can find Brighter Day Natural Foods along with The Sentient Bean Coffee Shop. Local 11 Ten is another great dining option nearby.

Guests will also be located only a short 20-25 minute drive to Tybee Island, Savannah's beach. Come out for a day trip to enjoy the beach, fishing, visit Ft. Pulaski, or climbing Georgia's oldest and tallest lighthouse.

Park View A - September 2016
Park View A is a beautiful home. 5 adults stayed at this very clean and nicely decorated historic home. Great location. Plenty of parking across the street. 4 blocks away from DOT bus and Trolley stop for Old Savannah Tours. . Hope to make a trip back for a ladies vacation. I highly recommend this home.

Great for the whole family
We had a wonderful stay at Park View A. It was toddler-friendly with the park right across the street and adult friendly with a super cute coffee shop close by. The house was beautiful, clean, and well cared for. We really had a great time

Beautiful Property
Beautiful property. Excellent location. Coffee shop and trolley stop across the street. Loved the cozy kitchen. Living room fit all 8 of us comfortably. Neat and clean. Parking was tricky but managed. We unpacked car from alley beside house. Wifi didn't work despite managements instructions to reset router so that was disappointing. A serious issue if this had been a working vacation rather than a long weekend!

Awesome House
Gorgeous Home, clean and convenient to everything. Five family members stayed at the house for a family event. Everyone loved the house and enjoyed being across from the Park. Would definitely book again.

A GREAT place to stay!
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! The space was perfect for five people! The location was great and we had no trouble finding a place to park for the weekend. Trolley stop was close by, but walk to River Street was an easy one on Bull Street! We would definitely stay here again!

SAVANNAH Gem with Access
Beautiful view of Forsyth Park, easy access to free transit, easy walk to Historic District, Victorian District, Starland District. On-street parking easily found, easy walks to restaurants, grocery store. Unit was clean and well-stocked for four adults. Only downside were internet glitches, but with lots planned, we did not miss. We will return!

Great Location
This was a great, centrally located house for our girls week in Savannah! Easy walking distance to lots of downtown attractions, restaurants, etc. Easy to park our car right around the corner from the house. Loved having our coffee in the morning on the porch - its right by the street which can be a bit noisy when on the porch but the tradeoff was the fun we had watching people in Forsyth Park across the street! Street noise not an issue when in the house. Comfortable beds and very clean when we arrived. Would stay here again!
