Vacation like you're On Cloud Nine. With five bedrooms and over 2400 square feet of living area, this 1940s beach cottage provides guests with a warm, friendly ambiance and plenty of room to wander. Enjoy the Tybee breezes on the outdoor terrace while dining and entertaining in the newly decorated property. The house is ideal for traveling groups who enjoy separate spaces all under one roof.
The downstairs greets you with what will be a fun and cozy living space - perfect for movie nights or a cool hangout for kids and teens - with a comfy sectional, a large flat-screen TV, and a table-top video game console that will entertain for hours. Follow the steps upstairs to the main living level. Whether you prefer to dine indoors or on the upper deck, you'll find plenty of room to spread out and relax here. A flat-screen TV and a new sofa are in the living room. The fully equipped galley kitchen has been updated and includes all stainless appliances, including a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee machine. A huge sunroom on the back of the house connects two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and a bonus half bathroom, and Bedroom 2 has a King size bed. Both bedrooms share the full bathroom on this level.
Downstairs includes three bedrooms; bedroom 3 is furnished with a Queen-size bed and TV, Bedroom 4 has Two Twins, and Bedroom 5 has a full-size bed. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, an additional half bathroom, and a full-size washer and dryer. The backyard features a brick-paved patio with twinkle lights, perfect for enjoying a nice Tybee evening. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Off-street parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Wireless Internet is available for guest use. This home is not pet-friendly.
