The ocean breezes welcome you as you enter the main living quarters of this Historic Tybee cottage, originally built in 1910.

The main floor features a large dining room with seating for eight and a living room with a flat-screen TV and decorative fireplace. The living room has access to the covered porch, abundant seating. The cook’s kitchen features a gas stove and an additional beverage center. There is a half bath off the kitchen. Two adjoining Guest bedrooms share a full bath with a Claw-foot tub on this floor. The first Guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second has two twin beds. Both bedrooms open onto the wrap-around porch, which gives beautiful vistas of the manicured garden and cool ocean breezes.

The home's second floor impresses guests with a large main bedroom with a King-size bed, TV, and private ocean view. The main bath boasts a double shower with double sink vanity in the large remodeled ensuite. The second bedroom on this level has a queen bed and a twin bed, and a TV. The Guest bedroom also has access to the main bathroom on this floor.

The ground floor level of this home has two separate bedrooms. The first has a queen bed; the second has two twin beds. The ground level also has a half bath (toilet and sink), a laundry room, and two separate shower rooms with large walk-in showers. In addition, there is a ping-pong table, a refrigerator, and a sand play area for kids. The downstairs is sure to please family members of all ages. Outside the home is an outside shower with hot and cold water, a gas grill, and a private walkway to the beach.
