June 2019 Stay
Our family would happily stay here in the future. It was the cleanest beach home we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. Plenty of towels, blankets, and other accommodations. I highly recommend this property. We could easily access the calmer side of the beach/ river point by walking over a bridge over a turtle pond. We could also walk a short distance to a more beachy spot where there were move waves. We saw dolphins each day and had an amazing vacation!

This place was amazing. Northern Exposure became a home away from home, offering a place for friends from across the country to come together (for the first time for some of us)and celebrate the impending wedding of one of our own. While here, we have made memories that will last a lifetime, explored new places and experienced some much needed relaxation. All of us were very happy with this location and will easily recommend it to our family and friends looking to find a beautiful rental property for a vacation.

The Northern Exposure is a beautiful house! We enjoyed our stay SO much! The walk to the beach was not bad. A little rough in the heat with the kiddos, but definitely doable. The area of the beach was so quiet. it was great to not be crowded in with tons of other beachgoers! the wifi at the house was a little slow, but that is a minor issue. We didn't want to leave!! we will definitely be back!

Thank you for an absolutely perfect rental for our first vacation to Tybee Island! We came here as a family to celebrate our daughter's wedding in Savannah and then a week's vacation on Tybee! Northern Exposure was a rental that exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable with a well equipped kitchen which made our stay so enjoyable! The 'private' beach was gorgeous! We have never swam so close to dolphins! We cannot say enough good about our experience and will definitely recommend this property and Tybee Island to our friends and family! Thank you again for a wonderful, clean, and beautiful place to stay for such a fabulous vacation!

Such a great time. House was perfect for our two families. Loved the location to the beach. Not many places you stay can you can walk down the street and see giant stingrays, turtles, dolphins and manatees for the day! Our first trip, but we are sold on Tybee, cant wait to return again.

Phenomenal place
This was such a great place for our family to stay for a couple days. A quick walk to a quiet beach, easy to bike everywhere and explore the restaurants. And the house is beautiful and has everything you need. Highly recommend!
