Nautical Watch is located in a residential setting a short 3 block walk to North Beach access and just steps away from the North Island business districts which offer unique shops, dining, and art galleries. Walk about 7 steps up to the main floor which offers a semi-open floor plan with a living area with 42in flat-screen TV and DVD. Also on this level of the home, you will find a King bedroom with an attached full bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen along with two dining areas that offer dining for up to 12 people and an additional living area/den.
The second floor of the home offers 3 additional bedrooms and two full baths. There is a second master furnished with a King and attached full bath. There is also a bedroom furnished with two Double beds along with a kid's room with two twins. All bedrooms offer 32in flat-screen TVs except the Twin room.
The outdoor amenities of this home are truly unique and add a touch of whimsy while entertaining outdoors. Relax on the front porch swing, and enjoy the built-in charcoal cooking grill in the front yard. In the fenced backyard, there is a gas grill for cooking out and a dining table that seats 6. (Please note that there is a crow’s nest pictured in the exterior photo that is not accessible to guests).

My girlfriends and I spent 4 days at the Nautical Watch property on Tybee Island. It's a very well-kept home that gave us easy access to Savannah without having to stay in the city. While we only prepared breakfast in the home, the kitchen was FULLY stocked with enough cookware, plates, utensils, etc. to prepare any meal. The living areas are nice and comfortable. The bedrooms are also very comfortable & could accommodate more than the 6 people in our party. Perfection! This house had everything. The proximity to the beach was great...just a short walk, even with four kiddos in tow. The layout of the house worked well for a large group, lots of seating and table space.Just a few minutes by foot to cute little shops and good food. Could not ask for anything better!
