Experience amazing beach views from this top-floor condo which is located just steps from the beach and the community pool area. Relax and unwind amidst picturesque views of the bay. Watch ships, shrimp boats from your own private balcony.
The interior of this condo is bright and welcoming with comfortable furnishings and everything you need to kick-start your vacation. The comfortable living area includes a Smart TV and balcony access. There is a dining table seating up to 6 and a convenient wet bar, complete with a wine/beverage fridge. Open floor plan living space gives way to a comfortably furnished living area with access to the balcony.
Relax and unwind in the 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed, flat-screen TV, balcony access, and an attached private bath with a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV and there is an additional full bath, with a tub and shower combination directly next to the room.
For extra sleeping space, there is a Queen inflatable EZ-Bed available. There are two reserved, covered parking spaces available. Lighthouse Point 9C is on the third floor, guests must use the stairs, as there is no elevator in this building.
Lighthouse Point Condominiums is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, community WIFI access, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (28+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. We really have enjoyed our first trip to tybee island . We was really shocked with how nice and quiet it was here . Love the privacy the most. Parking was a little crowded . This is a lovely, comfortable condo. The pools are wonderful, and it's a very short walk to the beach. The 3 flights of stairs were a little difficult at our age, but the view of the bay from the 3rd floor is awesome! Nice recent upgrades!
I’ve made several trips to Savannah this fall for emergency family reasons (I grew up in Sav) and stay at Tybee while I’m there. I’m happy to report 9C has purchased a new smart TV since my August visit that helps a lot when traveling solo. So happy to see this upgrade.
