Enjoy your vacation from Lighthouse Point on the quiet north end of Tybee. Lighthouse Point 33B is located just steps from the beach and community pools of the Lighthouse Point Condominiums. Enjoy beautiful views of North Beach, ships, and shrimp boats from your private, furnished balcony.
The interior has a fresh new look, ready to welcome guests to this charming Island location. The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a queen sleeper sofa and a large SmartTV. The dining table will accommodate 6 guests and the kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and stackable washer and dryer.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, TV, and private bath with an all-new walk-in shower, and sliding doors to the balcony. The guest bedroom has a California King bed and a TV. The adjacent guest bathroom is has a walk-in shower equipped with a showerhead and hand rinser.
Lighthouse Point Condominiums is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, a playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20), and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.
Please Note: #33B has two reserved covered parking spaces in a very narrow parking stall located on the ground level under the building. Large SUVs and oversized vehicles may not fit in these spaces. This is the only building at Lighthouse Point that has an elevator to access each floor.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, and dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.
