Bedroom 1 features a Queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom, which has a shower and tub combination. Bedroom 1 also enjoys direct access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 features a King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. It has access to the shared bathroom in the hallway with a shower and tub combination.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, Lighthouse Point is on the Northeastern most point where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene, with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex featuring private beach access, a tennis court, and pickle-ball court, a playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20), and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and Museum and Jaycee Park.
Please note that #33A has two parking spaces; one reserved and one unreserved.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, and dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Not ADA friendly, if you stay first floor your parking is NOT under the building it is further away! Your “second” parking spot is IF YOUR LUCKY to find one in the middle parking lot, again IF AVAILABLE! This was very unlike the ad, other than that it was great!
