Enjoy your vacation from Lighthouse Point on the quiet north end of Tybee. Lighthouse Point 30C is a top-floor, ocean-view condo just steps from the beach and community pools of the Lighthouse Point Condominiums. The interior of this ocean view condo features unique natural pine shiplap paneled walls that give a rustic feel to this ocean view condo. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV and opens to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and a built-in breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen has all you need for vacation meal planning; there is a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker to enjoy your coffee at the beach. A full-size washer and dryer are tucked away behind the kitchen pantry door. Enjoy beautiful views of the northern tip of Tybee Island and watch container ships heading into port from the furnished balcony.

Stepping into the primary bedroom, guests are greeted with a cozy feel with wood-paneled walls and feature a custom tray ceiling with inset lighting and balcony access. This room is furnished with a King-size bed and a TV and has an ensuite bathroom. The attached full bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and TV. The guest bathroom, adjacent to the guest bedroom has a tub and shower combination, with handrails. This condo is on the third floor of this building, there is an elevator for ease of access.

Lighthouse Point Condominiums is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, a playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20), and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.

Please Note: There are two reserved covered parking spaces in a very narrow parking stall located on the ground level under the building. Large SUVs and over-sized vehicles may not fit in these spaces.

POOLS: Lighthouse Point pools are open. Limited occupancy and periodic cleaning throughout the day. (Subject to change due to HOA Guidelines).

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Condo was very nice and very well equipped! Loved the decor. Very clean - condo and the grounds! We felt very safe. Great vacation destination. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy the ocean view from the balcony. Beaches weren’t crowded, which we loved. We needed more towels (hand towels). TV in guest room worked, but we couldn’t get any stations. (Maybe needs a cable box?) Need a hair dryer for each bathroom (there was one in the guest bathroom)

Will definitely return
Very nice rental. The 3rd floor views of the sunrise were awesome. The breakfast bar accommodated the 5 of us, with plenty of room. Huge bonus for having an ice maker in the fridge and a blender in the kitchen. Daiquiris were delicious!! Agree the parking space is tight. But we managed a Toyota Tundra in and out every day. The master could benefit from a little extra room to gain access to the bathroom. Side table blocks most of the entrance. Will definitely be booking this well equipped, clean and spacious rental again, and again.
