You can also rent bikes to explore the island even more. This is also a great location for annual events like the 4th of July, Tybee Island Pirate Fest, and more.
The open plan living space offers comfortable and brand new furnishings, a large flat-screen Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to grab a quick bite before heading out to a day at the beach or cooking a full dinner for the family. The backyard has a small courtyard with a gas grill for cooking out and is fully fenced in. The first 2 bedrooms are furnished with a King size bed and a Smart flatscreen TV. Each bedroom shares a bathroom that has a tub and shower combination. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds.
There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles in the back of the duplex. Wi-Fi is available. This home is pet-friendly.
The maximum occupancy of this property is 6 adults (or 8 if guests are traveling with children under the age of 12.)
Are you traveling with other groups, and need more space? The second duplex apartment, Latitude A, can be combined with this unit to offer to sleep up to 12 people (or 14 as long as at least 2 guests are under the age of 12).
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
