Need a Latitude Adjustment? Then this newly renovated, South Tybee Duplex apartment is just what you need! Located on the South end business direct of Tybee Island, convenient to everything you need. There's no need to fight for a Summer parking place when you have such a perfect location! Park and walk to the beach, local restaurants, shops, and nightlife, all within a 1 block radius. You can also rent bikes to explore the island even more. This is also a great location for annual events like the 4th of July, Tybee Island Pirate Fest, and more.
The open plan living space offers comfortable and brand new furnishings, a large flat-screen Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to grab a quick bite before heading out to a day at the beach or cooking a full dinner for the family. The backyard has a small courtyard with a gas grill for cooking out and is fully fenced in. The first 2 bedrooms are furnished with a King size bed and a Smart flatscreen TV. Each bedroom shares a bathroom that has a tub and shower combination. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds.
There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles in the back of the duplex. Wi-Fi is available. This home is pet-friendly for an additional fee.
The maximum occupancy of this property is 6 adults (or 8 if guests are traveling with children under the age of 12.)

August 2018 Stay - 1st Beach Trip Together
We had a great time at Tybee and loved our unit. Very nice, clean, and spacious! We had everything we needed and honestly couldn't have asked for a better spot being seconds from the beach, restaurants, and shops all in walking distance. This is the perfect spot to gather our family since our mom drives in from Florida. Also, Jaiden had a awesome time at the beach. August 2019 Stay
Despite coming on vacation only to get sick, weve had an amazing time! Our apartment was beautiful- spacious, clean, and so cute! It really is a quick walk to the beach, pier, and shops. Plenty of room for a larger group, but not so big that it felt like a big job to keep cleaned up. Weve already recommended this place to some friends from home.
