Latitude A (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom):
Open living room with comfortable seating, table seating for 6, flat-screen smart TV, and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Both bedrooms are furnished with King beds and smart flatscreen TVs. No washer or dryer or outdoor space is offered on this side.
Latitude B (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom):
Open living room with comfortable seating, table seating for 6, flat-screen smart TV, and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Two bedrooms are furnished with King beds and smart flatscreen TVs. The third bedroom is furnished with two double beds. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. This home is pet-friendly for an additional fee. There is a small backyard area that also offers a gas grill for cookouts.
This home is perfect for families and friends getaways looking for a great location and room to spread out but still be together! There is off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles in the back of the duplex. Wifi is available. Please note the maximum adult occupancy of this property is 12 or 14 if at least 2 guests are under the age of 12.

Pleasant surprise
We stayed at Latitude Adjustment B. Don't let the outside fool you. This is a cute 3 bedroom unit. Very spacious living area. There is only one bath but it is a nice size and with a little coordination you can make it work. We had 5 adults in this unit and it was great. I would suggest bringing mirrors to finish getting ready in the bedrooms. It is a short walk to everything you need. The decor is very beachy. The laundry room is large with an extra refrigerator. It is right inside the back door perfect for those return trips from the beach. I also want to thank the staff at Tybee Vacation Rentals for being so awesome to work with. This was not our original choice. But due to some mechanical difficulties we were moved here. Ashley was amazing to work with and made the whole experience satisfactory. Katie walked us through a move on Sunday night and she was great. Even agreeing to come and meet us if we couldn't find the home. Family Reunion 2018
We booked the entire duplex for a family reunion. We haven't been altogether in many years. This duplex was perfect and we had such an amazing time. None of the cousins had even meet the newest addition and she is almost 3 now. They all had a great time bonding.
