Entertain in style in the adjacent dining area, complete with a dining table that comfortably seats 8. The fully equipped kitchen is fit for a chef, with everything you need to whip up gourmet vacation meals as well as having countertop seating for 3. When you need a break from the action, retreat to the sunroom - flooded with natural light, it's the perfect place to bask in the sunshine and enjoy stunning landscape views.

Step into Bedroom 1 and sink into a world of serenity! With its king-sized bed, large flat-screen TV, and exclusive balcony showcasing panoramic marsh views, this space is a true sanctuary. Its ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower and double vanity. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both feature queen-sized beds and flat-screen TVs. They also share access to a full bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed on any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
