This adorable vintage cottage was built in 1910 and has been completely renovated to include modern conveniences while respecting the original character and charm. Guests will love the huge private pool! The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on Tybee's north side. Just a short 2 1/2 block stroll away from the beach, Tybee Lighthouse, and the popular restaurant North Beach Grill.

Guests will enjoy this adorable two-bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage which features a Queen size bed in the main bedroom, a living room with a sleeper sofa and a 4K Smart TV, and a full kitchen. The home features a central HVAC, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, Blu-ray player, washer and dryer, and an up-to-date kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker and a gas stove. There are original pine floors, ship-lap walls, a claw foot tub, and a large shower which enhance the cottage feel. The second bedroom is an open sleeping loft, which is perfect for children, as it is furnished with two twin beds. There are also two enclosed porches to enjoy the views of the manicured yard.

Outside the home, guests will love the beautiful, large swimming pool - 9 feet wide by 26 feet long (3 1/2 to 4 1/2 ft depth) - which is surrounded by a lush garden, and private off-street parking for 2 vehicles. The yard is fully fenced, giving you a sense of seclusion and privacy and includes a gas grill for cooking out. There is a fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The home is located across the street from Jaycee Park with a walking/biking path and playground.

Guests can choose to add optional pool heat for an additional cost of $15 per day (not available in January or February). Parking for 1 car in front of the home, and 1 car behind home (compact only). This home is not pet-friendly.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (28+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
