Welcome to Tybee and welcome to your home away from home. This beautiful condo will have you feeling relaxed and ready to start your time off!
Idle-A-While 6B is an appealing two bedroom, two baths, second-floor condo located right in the heart of the south end of Tybee Island and is approximately 30 yards to the beach. Enjoy conveniences such as assigned covered parking for 2 vehicles, and other nearby parking options. You can even utilize the owner’s locked storage area and beach items in the large closet located in front of your parking spaces.
The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and access to the furnished balcony. The owner has included several books and games for guests' use during their stay. The dining area includes a 6- person table, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all new stainless appliances, including a dishwasher. You’ll even find a new washer and dryer.
Bedroom 1 has a new King-size bed, TV, ceiling fan, and an attached private bath. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a new Queen size bed ceiling fan and a TV. An additional full bath is located in the hall. The balcony offers a table with seating for 6 and a ceiling fan. There are cable TV and Wi-Fi in the living room and the bedrooms.
This condo is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and pubs. You’ll find soft sand, lifeguards, and mild waves which make this condo location on 17th Place, ideal for quick access to recreation or relaxation. There is a shared outside shower great for rinsing off the sand after a swim or stroll along the beach.
This is a perfect place to get away from it all and take a “Tybee Time Out.”
SPECIAL NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking spaces- especially during peak /high seasons. Must climb stairs (No Elevator) – Unit is on 2nd (top) floor with covered parking on the ground level underneath. Locked ground-level storage for bikes or beach gear is provided.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (28+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
