Surround yourself with history and art in the quaint 1900's era historic Huntingdon House. Located just about 3 blocks from the famous Forsyth Park fountain, this home will give you a glimpse of the past while relaxing in the comfort and style of a contemporary, modern home. This private single-family home features high ceilings, original hardwood floors, and claw-foot tubs amidst contemporary furnishings and eclectic artwork from around the world. Guests will rest easy in this stylish, comfortable home with antique touches throughout.

You’ll enter into the foyer, which has stairs leading to the second floor, and a parlor sitting area to the left. The parlor has a great bar cart to mix up your favorite cocktail while reminiscing over the day's activities. Make your way to the bright living area with a sleeper sofa and a large 55 inch flat-screen TV and a convenient mini-fridge. Book lovers will enjoy browsing through the interesting finds on the bookshelves. There is one bedroom on this floor. The bedroom on this level is furnished with a Kings-size bed and also has a 42-inch SmartTV. The bathroom has a claw-foot tub with a shower attachment. From the living area, step out to the large shady courtyard to enjoy the crisp morning air. The garden courtyard has a privacy fence with a gate to the street.

From the entry, take the stairs up to the second floor which includes 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The eat-in kitchen has seating for 5 at the counter-height table. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to grab a quick bite before heading out for a day of adventure. The first spacious bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed with a 42-inch SmartTV. This bedroom has access to the upstairs furnished deck. Take your dinner under the stars at the dining table for 6. Just off the kitchen, the second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and has a small balcony overlooking Huntingdon Street. Greet the day with a cup of coffee on the balcony. The second-floor bathroom also has a claw-foot tub with a shower attachment.

In-unit WIFI is available. Home includes washer and dryer for guest use. The occupancy limit for the day and overnight guests is a maximum of 8. This home is pet-friendly for an additional fee.

Huntingdon Street is a one-way street. There is free, on-street parking in front of the house and on this street. The home is conveniently located just across the street from Enterprise Rental Car.

PETS: This home is pet friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (28+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
