Mid-island, the home is convenient to shops and restaurants on both the north and south ends of the island.

Hang Ten’s main (second) floor living area features a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, all stainless-steel appliances, and granite countertops. The open concept kitchen gives way to the dining and living areas. The dining area has a table for 6 with 2 seats at the breakfast bar and 2 additional seats at a side table. The living room has an oversized club chair, comfortable sectional sofa, and a large 70" Smart TV with surround sound.

Just off the living area, get ready for fun! The open game room takes on all the action with a 65" 4K TV with surround sound, a wet bar with a mini-fridge, a pool table, a foosball table, and a full-size shuffleboard table. The game room is an excellent separate area for kids and teens while the adults lounge in the living room. Step outdoors onto the deck for a gas grill and under-the-stars dining.

The main level also is home to bedrooms 2 and 3, which share the renovated hall bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed, TV, and a private sundeck. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and TV.

Just up the floating staircase to the third floor is the 400 square foot primary bedroom suite. Stunning views of the ocean greet you as you step into the room. Gaze over the horizon with amazing views of Tybee Island. The bedroom features a King size bed, a 55” TV with surround sound, a mini-fridge, and an attached spacious balcony with 2 double-wide chaise lounges that entice you to want to sleep outdoors! The grand en suite bathroom is sure to please with dual vanities, a whirlpool tub, a walk-in shower, and even a bidet.

On the ground (first) floor just off the main entry, you will find the garage area with a private fully air-conditioned guest room, bedroom 4, with a queen-size bed, and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also, in the garage area is a ping-pong table, an indoor beach shower, and access to the backyard that features a private and spacious outdoor hot water shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach or for a long evening shower under the stars.

Hang Ten is a very comfortable house with all the features you need for a great trip with family and friends. There is off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles.

The home provides free YouTube TV (85 local and main cable channels) and 1GB of high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the house.
