Stay right in the heart of downtown Savannah at Habersham House, which includes three recently updated and spacious apartments in the historic Paul Hamilton Williams House, built in 1791. This home offers classic charm in an urban setting. Perfect for a large group, Habersham House consists of three separate apartments comprising the entire building. These apartments were professionally decorated with premium guest comfort in mind. The three apartments offer a combined 7 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and 2 half-baths and can sleep up to 20 people. Each apartment is tastefully appointed, and each has it's own living, dining and kitchen spaces.

Habersham 1: This unit features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. On the upper floor, there is a spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a large HDTV over the beautiful fireplace mantle, the dining room with a table that seats 6, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and new washer dryer. There is a half bath just off the dining room. The lower floor is situated on the ground level and has direct access to parking. This level is the sleeping floor and features a bedroom with a King size bed and HDTV; the second bedroom has a Queen bed and TV. (There is a Queen size inflatable mattress for additional sleeping option.) The bathroom, located just off the hall, has been completely renovated with all new fixtures, new tile and subway tiled walk-in shower. The ground level features original brick walls and is cool and shady in the summer, cozy in the winter! The main entrance is located on the second floor, and there is a second entrance on the ground level.

Habersham 2: Features 2 bedrooms and 1 and a half baths. This historic, 2 Story apartment has a unique spiral staircase that connects the interior spaces. On the upper floor, there is a spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a 55" Smart HDTV. The kitchen is equipped with an apartment-sized refrigerator and freezer (no ice maker in the freezer), a stove and oven, a microwave oven, and a dishwasher. There is a combination coffee machine, so coffee lovers will enjoy having the choice of regular drip coffee or Keurig single cup coffee. The ground level has direct access to the parking area from the Queen room, which is extra convenient for when for loading and unloading luggage. This level hosts both of the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and TV; the second bedroom has a Queen bed with a TV. (There is a Queen size inflatable mattress for additional sleeping option.) The shared hall bathroom has a tub and shower combination. Guests will feel the rich history on this level, which features original brick walls, which also helps to keep the rooms cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. A utility closet with a stacked washer and dryer is also located on this level off of the King bedroom.

Habersham 3: This larger apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. It is located on the third and fourth floors of the home. On the main floor, there is a combined living room/kitchen/dining room with a Queen sleeper sofa, dining area with pub table plus 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen, HDTV and Blu-ray player in the living room. There is a Queen bedroom off the living room, a full bath with shower/tub in the hall, and a large master bedroom with king-size bed, seating area in front of the fireplace and large HDTV, and the attached master bathroom has double vanities and shower/tub combo. Also on this level is a large covered balcony furnished to comfortably seat 10 people. The top floor of the home is the spacious finished attic - complete with interesting ceiling angles and dormers. The bedroom offers a seating area with a double sleeper sofa, HDTV, a King size bed, and a half bathroom (sink/toilet).

About the Paul Hamilton Williams House: The Paul Hamilton Williams House, built in 1791, is conveniently located just off the corner of Habersham and Bay Street. It is just a short walk from Historic River Street, Emmet Park, Warren Square, Factor's Walk, and many other points of interest in the historic district. Located right beside the popular bistro B. Matthews Eatery at the corner of Bay Street and Habersham on the Eastern end of the historic district. B. Matthew's serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch. The house is in a great central location from which to explore the world-famous Historic District of Savannah, and many local attractions, pubs, and restaurants are just a short walk away. Every First Friday of the month, stroll down to River Street for Fireworks and enjoy live music, the arts, and other events. There is always plenty of food, fun, and culture in Savannah!
