This unit (located on the top 2 floors of the home) offers classic charm in an urban setting. Habersham #3 is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment and is located on the third and fourth floors of the home. On the main floor, there is a combined living room /kitchen/ dining room with a Queen sleeper sofa, dining area with pub table plus 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen, HD-TV and Blu-ray player in the living room. Just off the living area is the First Guest Bedroom, furnished with a Queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. There is a full bath with shower/tub in the hall. The large primary bedroom is beautifully appointed with a King Size Bed and a Flat Screen TV. The attached primary bathroom features double vanities and a shower/tub combo. Also on this level is a large covered balcony furnished to comfortably seat 10 people. The top floor of the home, the finished attic, complete with dormers and multiple ceiling angles. The bedroom offers a seating area with a double sleeper sofa, HDTV, a King size bed, and a half bathroom (sink/toilet).
Guest parking (off-street) for 1 vehicle is available behind the building. Fireplaces are sealed and non-working, but they add to the ambiance!

It is just a short walk from Historic River Street, Emmet Park, Warren Square, Factor's Walk, and many other points of interest in the historic district. Located right beside the popular bistro B. Matthews Eatery at the corner of Bay Street and Habersham on the Eastern end of the historic district. B. Matthew's serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch. The house is situated in a great central location from which to explore the world-famous Historic District of Savannah, and many local attractions, pubs, and restaurants are just a short walk away.
