Gull Reef 634 has been Professionally decorated and renovated with all new furnishings. Located in the Gull Reef building of Tybee's Beachside Colony, Gull Reef 634 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo which features a partial side ocean view from the private balcony. Enjoy all the amenities Beachside Colony has to offer, including three community pools, direct beach access, and an onsite restaurant, The Deck. The building has elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.

The professionally decorated living area has a large flat-screen Smart TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. The contemporary design includes an open floor plan with balcony access. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for 6 and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen has also been updated with all new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped along with a stackable washer and dryer.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King-size bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and has access to the balcony and an attached bath. The attached bathroom is appointed with dual vanity sinks and a large custom tile shower. There are 2 additional bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen Bed, with TVs in each room. There is WIFI internet access is available for guest use in this condo. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles.

NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.

* Beachside Colony Condominiums is planning an improvement project to build an all-new pool and pool deck beginning in October 2021. During the construction, the pools will be closed, and equipment will be onsite in order to improve the pools for future guests. Given the possibility guests may be inconvenienced by the construction project including the lack of pool availability and noise during their stay - rates have now been discounted. Work is expected to continue through February 2022.
