Wake up with coffee on the balcony or wind down the evening and witness the colors of the sunset in the fresh air on the balcony. Enjoy all the benefits of resort-style living with beach access just steps from the pool deck. Beachside Colony Resort has two swimming pools. The building has elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA and a popular beachfront restaurant and lounge with complimentary WIFI internet access.
The open living and dining area is warm and inviting. The tastefully decorated living area has a large flat screen smart TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. The contemporary design includes an open floor plan with balcony access. The dining area has a dining table with seating for 6 and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen has also been updated with all new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped along with a full-size washer and dryer.
The primary suite is furnished with a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and has access to the balcony and an attached bath. The all-new primary bathroom is appointed with dual vanity sinks and a large custom tile shower. There are 2 additional guest bedrooms, one with a King-size bed and one with 2 Twin Beds. Each room includes a flat-screen TV. There is WIFI internet access is available for guest use in this condo. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles. NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
