Gull Reef 626 is a fantastic condo that features a partial side ocean view from the private balcony and is located at Tybee Island’s only truly oceanfront condominium resort. The Beachside Colony Resort has two pools and a popular beachfront restaurant, The Deck Beach Bar and Kitchen.
Relax and enjoy this beautiful condo, that has been completely remodeled and redecorated with all new coastal decor. Enjoy this end unit with tons of natural light, and a side view of the ocean. It makes it the perfect getaway for families, or girls' getaway! The large window seat will be one of your favorite spots to relax with a good book. The condo has an open floor plan and has a furnished balcony. The dining area has seating for 6, and seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has been updated and has all new appliances, and fixtures and includes a stacked washer and dryer.
The renovated primary suite is furnished with a King and has an attached bath with a walk-in shower with beautiful tile and a corner seat. The two guest bedrooms are furnished with a Queen size bed in one and 2 twins in the second. Each bedroom includes a TV/DVD. The all-new, beautiful hall bathroom features wave tile in the tub/shower combination. You will know you are at the beach!
WIFI/High-speed internet access is available for guest use in this condo. Walking distance to restaurants, library, YMCA, and Memorial Park. Parking for 2. NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
