Egrets' Landing is a beautifully furnished private 3 bedroom 2.5 baths pet-friendly marsh view home situated on a secluded street on Tybee's North End. The home looks out onto a lovely marsh, the perfect spot for relaxing and taking in the views of egrets, marsh grass, and tall trees. Soak the day away in the private hot tub. The house is a short walk to Tybee’s art district where you will find boutiques, galleries, a coffee shop, and local restaurants. Two local hot spots for family dining are here as well – Huc-a-Poo’s and Chamacos Tacos and surfs. North Beach is about a 10-minute walk or a quick ride on your bike.
The main floor has an open living, dining, and kitchen floorplan. The open living and kitchen include a sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen TV and a dining table for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and plenty of cooking ware. There is a half bath located on this floor as well. Just off the living area, there is a large screened-in deck with ample seating to enjoy a great meal or cup of coffee while taking in the views. Just off the kitchen is another deck furnished with a picnic table and gas grill, perfect for cookouts!
Located on the top floor of the home is the primary bedroom which has a King bed, a large flat-screen TV and a Keurig for morning coffee, and a private balcony. The ensuite features a walk-in shower and double vanity. The 1st guest bedroom has a King bed and flat-screen TV. The 2nd guest bedroom features 2 Double beds and a flat-screen TV. Both guest rooms have access to the Jack and Jill bathroom which connects both rooms.
At this home, you can sit on the screened porch enjoying the beautiful marsh views, quietly sip your morning coffee from the Primary bedroom's private balcony, and enjoy a warm soak in the private hot tub. This home is well equipped and the perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax and unwind. How far away is the beach from here?
Answer:
The closest beach access is a short 1/2 mile walk. You can reach it by walking towards Bay Street and then making a right to Polk Street access or left to Byers Street access.
