The kitchen was beautifully renovated with stainless appliances and granite counters but still offers plenty of character. Located off the kitchen are the large open floor plan living and dining area with seating for 8. The living area has ample comfortable seating, which makes for a great space for spending time with the family, along with a beautiful brick decorative fireplace with an electric firebox and a flat-screen TV. There is also an enormous enclosed and glassed-in sun porch located on the main living level, which offers additional space with a Sleeper Sofa. The porch offers two additional sitting areas, a dining table for 6, and another TV.

Parking is available for 4 vehicles. This home is pet-friendly for well-behaved and trained adult dogs, with an additional fee. Wireless Internet/WIFI is provided for guest use.

When combined with Breeze Inn, there is a total of 16 bedrooms enough space for up to 38 guests, and two private pools.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Some furniture in the house needs repair. Had to search for the downstairs bedrooms, location described online a little misleading. Parking is difficult with long vehicles.

- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
