Description
Dune Top is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, two-level apartment that encompasses the entire second and third floors of the Dune Villa building. Guests will love the location of this vacation home, as you will be only 200 yards from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Memorial Park, playground, and the public library.
Enter the home on the second floor, where you are met with a large open living area, dining area, and kitchen which offers a great space for spending time with family or friends. The living area has ample lounge seating including two sleeper sofas and a large flat-screen TV. The dining area has table seating for 8. The kitchen is newly renovated and is fully equipped including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
There are two guest bedrooms located on the main level which are both furnished with King-size beds and each has a Flat-screen TV. There is also a full bathroom on this floor with a walk-in shower. There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer for guest use. The top floor is the third bedroom which is furnished with two Queen beds, a flat-screen TV, an attached private bathroom with tub/shower combo, and an extra table seating area with seating for 4. This room has access to a private balcony with views of the ocean over the rooftops.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, central heat/air ( the main floor only, the top floor offers its own AC/heat unit for added guest comfort). The entrance to this apartment is up to the left stairs at the front of the house. The outdoor fire pit is shared with all three units. Parking for 3 cars.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. October 2017 Stay
We LOVED Dune Top!! It was a beautiful home!! The Open plan layout was great for our big family!! We got to check in 5 hours early, the staff was always helpful with great customer service!!! We will be using y'all for our future trips!!
