Description
Dune A is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath pet-friendly apartment located on the ground floor of a three-unit cottage. Guests will love the location as you will be only 200 yards from the beach at 2nd Street and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Memorial Park, playground, and the public library. This cottage apartment offers an open living area, dining area, and kitchen. The living area has a sleeper sofa for extra guests, ample lounge seating, and a large flat-screen TV. The dining area has seating for 4 and the kitchen was recently updated and is equipped with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator.
The first bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and has direct access to the shared hallway bathroom. The bathroom is beautifully decorated, features a walk-in shower, and is accessible from both the queen bedroom and living room. The second bedroom is furnished with a King bed. Both bedrooms include flat-screen TVs. Guests will also enjoy shared access to the ground-level furnished screened-in porch. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and central air/heat. The outdoor fire pit is shared with all three units. The entrance to this apartment is located at the front of the house, the left door (unit A). Off-street parking is available for 2 cars.
Please note: This apartment does not include a dishwasher or washer/dryer. There is a coin-operated laundry located only a block away.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. February 2017 Stay
Clean, convenient and modern. The property at 111 Lovelle Ave was just that and a short 8 minute walk to the beach (door to door...toes in sand). Not a single complaint. Dog friendly without that offending 'dog' smell. Fantastic porch to enjoy coffee on in the morning and a glass of wine to end the night on. Plenty of seating in apartment and a nice open layout. Great bonus space in back not advertised! Outdoor space (not a yard) big enough for a grill, a few chairs. Pleasant surprise. Will be back!Thank you for your hospitality and great communication via email/text throughout our stay. Tourist Tip: A local told us for a great 'no frills' seafood spot, to hit up AJ's Dockside. End of street in a residential neighborhood on the water. These NYC food snobs give it both a thumbs up! PS. Bring coffee filters and paper towels. Only two items that were annoying not to have from the get go. Yes, this Bloody Mary came from there.
