As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by charming seaside style, modern amenities, and great updates that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area features a comfortable sofa, ample seating, and a large flat-screen TV - perfect for unwinding after a day of fun in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up vacation meals, which you can enjoy in the dining area with seating for 4 or at the table right outside the door in the private courtyard.
This coastal condo features two bedrooms, each of which is outfitted with queen-sized beds and flat-screen TVs. They share access to a jack-and-jill bathroom, which is where the in-unit washer and dryer are located.
Step outside to your private, fenced courtyard, the perfect spot to soak up the island breeze and enjoy Tybee's beautiful weather in peace and serenity. The patio features a table for eating for 4, as well as an umbrella for extra shade.

PARKING: There is no off-street for this property. You will need to park on Butler Avenue or 15th Street and pay to park ($4/hr., 8am-8pm, 7 day a week). To pay for parking you must have the ParkTYB app on your mobile phone.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, and dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed on any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.
