Colony 232A offers is located in the 'Vue' Building at the popular Beachside Colony resort. This community offers three pools with direct beach access, off-street parking for 1, and an on-site restaurant The Deck. Also, you will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bath interior efficiency condo includes a small breakfast area with a table for two, a mini-fridge, microwave, and a coffeemaker. There are tile floors throughout the condo and the bedroom is comfortably furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and dual vanity.

This is an interior condo, therefore there is no private outdoor space at this condo or a view. Colony 232A adjoins Colony 232B, with an interior door. (This door remains locked at all times.) Guests will enjoy all of the benefits of staying at Beachside Colony, with pools an onsite restaurant, and beach access. This condo is located about 200 steps from the beach - enjoy easy beach access at an economical price.

Guests staying at the Colony will have 1 (unreserved) parking space and will receive a parking pass to display in their vehicle upon check-in. The buildings are equipped with elevators. WiFi is available for guest use.

* Beachside Colony Condominiums is planning an improvement project to build an all-new pool and pool deck beginning in October 2021. During the construction, the pools will be closed, and equipment will be onsite in order to improve the pools for future guests. Given the possibility guests may be inconvenienced by the construction project including the lack of pool availability and noise during their stay - rates have now been discounted. Work is expected to continue through February 2022.
