Colony 232 is a 2 bedroom condo is located in the 'Vue' Building at the popular Beachside Colony resort. This community offers three pools with direct beach access, off-street parking for 2, and an on-site restaurant, The Deck. Also, you will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer along with a breakfast area table for two, a mini-fridge, microwave. and coffeemaker. The living room offers a large 60-inch flat-screen TV and a full-size sleeper sofa. There are tile floors throughout the condo and each bedroom is comfortably furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. The bedrooms also offer an attached full bathroom, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a combination tub/shower. While there is no private outdoor space included with your condo or a view of the onsite amenities, you will enjoy all of the benefits of staying at Beachside Colony with their pools and easy beach access at an economical price.

Guests staying at the Colony will have 2 (unreserved) parking spaces and will receive parking passes to display in their vehicles upon check-in. The buildings are equipped with elevators. WiFi is available for guest use. This property is pet-friendly for an additional fee.

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
