Located at Captains Watch Condominiums, Captains Watch 8 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation condo, situated in a perfect South Tybee location. The condo is bright and airy, with a private balcony, within one block to the main beach. This is a great option for multiple couples or family groups. The unit sleeps up to 6 people, with the use of the sunroom and convenient sleeper sofa. This nicely furnished vacation rental faces East in the building and is a corner unit.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless appliances, a Keurig to brew a fresh cup of coffee and breakfast bar with seating for 4 - making it a perfect space to start your day. The open floor plan includes a kitchen, living room and sunroom with dining table. The living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa and occasional chairs and a flat-screen TV, perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. The sunroom has an additional sofa with a queen-size size sofa-bed for additional bedding options, and the sunroom has a convenient pocket sliding doors to add privacy to the additional space. The dining table seats 4, and the breakfast bar has seating for 4.
The Primary bedroom has a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. The attached primary bathroom has double granite vanities and a large glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and flat-screen smart TV. The full guest bath is located next to the guest bedroom and includes a tub/shower combo. This condo is located in a prime location only a short walking distance to the Tybee Pier, many great restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and more.
Reserved garage parking for 2 cars (Oversized SUVs and Trucks may not fit.) High-speed Internet/WIFI is available for guest use. Handicap friendly (elevator building). The rooftop pool is open for the summer season. The pool will be closed from September 30th, 2023, and reopen on May 1st, 2023.
