Captains Watch 17 is an upscale 2 bedroom condo which is a great option for one or two couples or small families. This nicely furnished vacation rental is located on the top floor of the building with 3 balconies and lots of windows for a great open feel. You will be just a short 1 block walk to the main beach. The condo is perfect for those who enjoy being centrally located; as the Tybee Island Pier, along with many shops and restaurants are located within a 1-2 block radius. You will also be just steps away from one of Tybee Island's most popular breakfast and lunch spots, The Breakfast Club.
The open living space is bright and inviting. Nicely furnished and decorated with casual, coastal decor. The living area offers a has comfortable seating with a sleeper sofa and a 65-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There is a separate dining area just off the living room and the outdoor seating on the balcony is accessible from the living area. The large, fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and a nice breakfast bar with seating for 2. The kitchen features all stainless appliances and has everything you need for preparing your favorite meals.
The Primary bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, 32-inch flat-screen TV has its own private balcony with seating for 2, and an attached bedroom bath featuring a large walk-in shower with a bench. The guest bedroom features a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and access to an unfurnished walk-out balcony. The 2nd full bath with a tub/shower combination is located in the hall along with a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer.
Reserved garage parking for 2 cars (Oversized SUVs and Trucks may not fit.) High-speed Internet/WIFI is available for guest use. Handicap friendly (elevator building). The rooftop pool is open for the summer season. The pool will be closed from September 30th, 2023, and reopen on May 1st, 2023.
