Captains Quarters B is a duplex/apartment conveniently located only 1.5 blocks to Tybee's South beach, pier, restaurants, and shopping. This home is perfect for the budget traveler and couples. Tasteful furnishings, artwork, and accessories throughout the home. The living area features a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The dining area has seats 4.
The bedroom features a King-size bed and a large flat-screen TV. The large furnished sunroom in the front of the house is furnished with table seating for 4 - perfect for reading a good book and enjoying a good cup of coffee at any time of the day. The wall-mounted split a/c is perfect for keeping the apartment cool in summer months and warm in cooler months.
The large front yard has an outdoor brick (charcoal) BBQ and an additional gas grill for guest use.
There are a washer and dryer available for guest's use. The washer and dryer are shared with the neighboring unit. Parking for two cars and Wifi for guest use. Handicap friendly (ground level, no stairs; not ADA compliant).
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
