Enjoy preparing meals in your spacious, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen that opens to the living area. There is a dining room table that seats 6 and a cozy breakfast bar that seats 3. Located right off the living area is your nicely furnished balcony, which looks out into a grove of trees, adding an extra sense of privacy and relaxation along with a view of the pool. The balcony is accessible from both the living area and the primary bedroom and is furnished with a table seating 4, rocking chairs to relax in after a full day of fun, and an electric grill.
The spacious primary bedroom has a King-sized bed with balcony access and an attached ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and whirlpool tub. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a comfortable Queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom, with an additional half bath in the hallway. The Queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides an additional sleeping option.
Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building with access to an elevator.
NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking is available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
