The open floor plan of the living and dining area includes a sleeper sofa and a Flat Screen TV. Located right off the living area is your balcony with seating for four. There is a glimpse of the ocean over the rooftops. The balcony is accessible from both the living area and the primary bedroom. The dining area has seating for 6, and 3 stools at the breakfast bar connected to the kitchen.
The spacious primary bedroom suite has a King-sized bed with a TV, balcony access, and an attached bathroom with a separate shower and whirlpool tub. One guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen. The second guest bedroom has 2 Twins. There is a full bath in the hall that the guest bedrooms share along with an additional half bath.
Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building with access to an elevator.
NOTE: Parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
