Brass Rail 306 is located on the third floor and features a private balcony with a side view of the Ocean which is a short stroll, about 50 yards away. This three-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condominium is bright and open with sliding doors that lead from the living area to the private balcony outside, with a partial view of the Atlantic Ocean. Perfect for watching the sun come up from the comfort of your private balcony.

The open floor plan includes a large living area with a sleeper sofa and features a 50-inch Smart-TV. The dining table welcomes family dinners and more with seating for 6. The pass-through breakfast bar has 3 barstools. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances and includes everything you need to take on your favorite meals while away from home.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and a 40-inch TV and DVD player and French doors that lead to the balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean. The attached primary bath has a separate walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub. The two guest bedrooms share a second full bath. The first guest room has a King-size bed, and the second Guest Bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and a TV with a DVD player. There is a guest powder room adjacent to the living area as well.

Brass Rail Condos are Mediterranean style gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. Brass Rail 306 is located only 50 yards from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier, and more. Community amenities include a private community pool, hot tub a community picnic area.

Private, secured parking for 2 vehicles below the building. This condo has a gated entry and an elevator for guest use. This home is Pet-Friendly, for an additional fee.
Please note: Pets should be leashed at all times and cleaned up after. Use the designated dog walk area behind the building closest to the Butler Avenue gate.

Parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): This property does not allow extended stays.

Wonderful stay this weekend! Loved the close proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The condo was very spacious and included everything we needed for our stay. Our favorite part was the balcony that has a side view of the ocean! The interior of the condo was very recently updated and looked like a five-star resort. The property also had two large pools and a jacuzzi that was never overcrowded. Overall, would recommend this property to anyone!

We love coming to Tybee Island, so much more laid back then the Carolinas beach towns & convenient to Savannah, only 20 minutes. This was our 2nd stay in this unit & probably our 4th or 5th stay at Brass Rail complex. We like the gated parking deck, makes parking simple especially on weekends when the daily visitors come in. Brass Rail is only a block off the beach. Other amenities include a great pool, hot tub & elevators. This unit has been remodeled since our last stay, very nice upgrades, clean & neat. No issues, cold AC, fast internet, cable TV, jacuzzi bath tub in the master. We loved it.

Great Location
This was the second time my family stayed here. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff at Tybee Vacation Rentals called to make sure we got moved in ok and check to see if we had any questions. The hot tub at Brass Rail was great and the location can’t be beat. This unit is half a block from the beach, close to the pier and dining.

Wonderful place!
This was an excellent place to enjoy Tybee from. Perfect location to walk to the beach, shops or restaurants. The rental was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. We look forward to returning.

The owner is a good friend of mine and asked me to come and fix the 'water hammer' issue, the local plumbing companies, could not find. I found the issue within 20 minutes of arrival and fixed it (I own a plumbing company in Athens). The unit is very, very nice and spacious with a large balcony. I loved the elevator being next to the parking spot. The décor is perfect for a 'beach' condo.. I liked the fact that this unit is in close proximity to all the 'action'. All the cool spots are within walking distance. Don't think twice about renting this unit, it's worth it.

Great place on Tybee
We really enjoyed our stay! The unit is very clean, well maintained and spacious. Easy access to restaurants and Tybee pier. The balcony provides a great ocean view and is great for relaxing in the afternoon. Would definitely stay again!
