Brass Rail 306 is located on the third floor and features a private balcony with a side view of the Ocean which is a short stroll, about 50 yards away. This three-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condominium is bright and open with sliding doors that lead from the living area to the private balcony outside, with a partial view of the Atlantic Ocean. Perfect for watching the sun come up from the comfort of your private balcony.
The open floor plan includes a large living area with a sleeper sofa and features a 50-inch Smart-TV. The dining table welcomes family dinners and more with seating for 6. The pass-through breakfast bar has 3 barstools. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances and includes everything you need to take on your favorite meals while away from home.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and a 40-inch TV and DVD player and French doors that lead to the balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean. The attached primary bath has a separate walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub. The two guest bedrooms share a second full bath. The first guest room has a King-size bed, and the second Guest Bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and a TV with a DVD player. There is a guest powder room adjacent to the living area as well.
Brass Rail Condos are Mediterranean style gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. Brass Rail 306 is located only 50 yards from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier, and more. Community amenities include a private community pool, hot tub a community picnic area.
Private, secured parking for 2 vehicles below the building. This condo has a gated entry and an elevator for guest use. This home is Pet-Friendly, for an additional fee.
Please note: Pets should be leashed at all times and cleaned up after. Use the designated dog walk area behind the building closest to the Butler Avenue gate.
Parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
