Brass Rail 214 is a second-floor unit, which is easily accessed by the elevator located in the covered parking garage. The spacious apartment includes a balcony that overlooks the community pool and common areas of the complex. The patio is nicely furnished with a gas grill, an outdoor dining table with seating for 4, and 4 rocking chairs.

The living areas have bamboo floors and ceramic tile throughout the home. The open plan living and dining areas welcome guests with comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless appliances. Enjoy entertaining guests and cooking meals in the beautiful kitchen. There are a full-size washer and dryer just off the kitchen.

The Master bedroom has access to the balcony and includes a King-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The spacious master bath features a whirlpool tub and a separate walk-in shower. The two guest rooms share a full bath in the hall. The first guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the second guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. There is a guest half bath just off the kitchen.

Brass Rail Condos are Mediterranean style gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. Brass Rail 108 is located only 30 yards to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier, and more. Community amenities include a private community pool, an outdoor hot tub that is heated year-round, and a community picnic area.

Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building, with access to an elevator. Wireless internet is available for guest convenience. This home is Pet-Friendly, for an additional fee. Pets should be leashed at all times and cleaned up after. Use the designated dog walk area behind the building closest to the Butler Avenue gate.

NOTE: Parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (28+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
