Brass Rail 206 is located on the second floor and features a private balcony with a side view of the ocean which is a short stroll, about 50 yards away. The three-bedroom 2 1/2 bath condominium is bright and open with sliding doors that lead from the living area to the private balcony outside with a partial Ocean View. This beautiful vacation home has been professionally decorated and transformed into a beautiful sanctuary for your next vacation.

The open floor plan includes a large living area with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The dining table welcomes family dinners and more with seating for 6. The pass-through breakfast bar has 2 barstools. The kitchen is nicely updated and is fully equipped and ready to take on your favorite meals while away from home.

The Primary bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV and has french doors that lead to the balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean. The attached primary bath has a separate walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub. The two guest bedrooms share a second full bath. The first guest room is furnished with a King-Size bed and a TV, and the second has two Queen beds. There is a guest powder room adjacent to the living area as well. Guests will enjoy the ability to stream their favorite programming from Smart TVs in the Living Room, and Guest bedrooms 1 and 2.

Brass Rail Condos is a Mediterranean-style gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. Brass Rail 206 is located only 30 yards from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier, and more. Community amenities include a private community pool, hot tub a community picnic area.

NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

We had a wonderful time visiting with family from out of state. The condominium had everything we could have possibly needed. It was clean and very well maintained. An easy walk to the beach, pavilion, shops, and restaurants. Loved the ease of checking in and out. We plan on doing this again next year and maybe every year!

We are local Savannah family that were taking a short vacay stay. Having two adult children one in college the other working and all having different work schedules. Your home/ Condo has everything we needed and then some but mostly a relaxing stay from the balcony to a partial ocean view for coffee in the mornings to a glass of wine to end our evenings. Also views of the pool and hot tub which we enjoyed daily. To a easy access to unload and load from the garage to the elevator to our doorway was excellent. I also cooked and baked in the wonderful kitchen that is well supplied to all your cooking needs. We also ate in several restaurants which are wonderful we celebrated our sobs birthday dinner at Ajs one of our favorite resturants. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality! We recommend brass rails and TVR you will be very happy for your future plans to visit Tybee Island so give them a call or look up there app. You will be ( Welcome Hone). Outstanding week in beautiful Tybee! Could not have asked for better accommodations! Our 2 Brass Rail condos were right in the heart of the island's activity - walking distance to restaurants and bars and of course the beach. Unit 306 had a decent ocean view. Tybee Vacation Rentals were the very best to deal with! They took care of all arrangements and made us feel at home!

This is our second time in BrassRail 206. I love this condo. It’s well appointed, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need. Restaurants and beach are in walking distance, the Riverwalk is just a short skip away. I cannot wait to go back!!!
