This updated, first-floor condo is an excellent choice for your next family beach getaway as it features 3 beds, 2.5 baths, and all of the comforts of home. Guests will love the private patio with an outdoor dining table, firepit, rocking chair seating, and a high-end pellet grill. Enjoy a cookout with family and friends, or take a short stroll to the beach; whatever you choose, you're guaranteed to make vacation memories that last a lifetime!
The open floor plan of the living and dining area gives the condo a spacious feel. The living area features comfortable seating and opens up directly to the furnished patio. You can enjoy your cup of coffee at the outdoor dining table with seating for 6 or kick back by the firepit with an evening cocktail. Back indoors, the dining table has seating for 6, and there’s additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need and features all stainless appliances, a coffee maker, and granite countertops.
The large main bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the outdoor patio through sliding glass doors. The attached primary bath has a shower, a bathtub, and two separate sinks. Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed, a twin-sized bed, and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 also has a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. There is also a half bath and a full-size washer and dryer in the hallway. There is an additional blow-up mattress to allow for 8 guests. Guests enjoy added conveniences of gated entry into the parking area and covered garage parking for two vehicles.
Brass Rail Villas is a Mediterranean-style gated complex on the South end of Tybee Island, about 30 yards from the main beach. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, tons of shops, and the Tybee Pier. Community amenities include two private community pools, a hot tub and a community picnic area.
NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. No Smoking in any common areas, including pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
