The spacious open living area features a sectional sofa that doubles as a sleeper, additional seating, as well as a large flat-screen TV. The dining area, which seats 6, is the perfect space for gathering around for a meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen features stainless appliances as well as countertop seating for 2. There is direct access to the private balcony through the living area, where there is a gas grill, lounge seating, and an outdoor dining table with seating for 8.
Bedroom 1 includes a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, and private access to the balcony. Bedroom 1 also enjoys access to an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and two separate vanities. Bedroom 2 is outfitted with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 features two full-sized beds and a flat-screen TV. The two guest bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Additionally, there is a half bathroom just off of the kitchen.
Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building with access to an elevator. Parking height clearance is 7ft. Wireless internet is available for guest convenience.
The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking is available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. If there are maintenance issues on the property guests should be alerted before check in. The gate being out of service changed our entire vacation plans. I also texted after hours asking what we should do and got no response. We were stranded and had to improvise until the next morning. While at the pool our teenage son was questioned several times by other residents as if we should be there. If this is going to happen then we should be supplied with pool passes. It’s not appropriate for someone to approach my child with beer and cigarette in hand asking for proof they are staying there, demanding to look their backpack and being told the cops had been called on him. This REALLY ruined his stay.
