Bikini Bottom is a charming two-bedroom apartment that can comfortably accommodate a family of up to 7. This is the lower level apartment in a larger cottage style home. The living room is warm and inviting and has ample space to accommodate guests. The living room features a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There are two dining areas, with a combined seating of up to 15 people.
The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The full bathroom is connected to the primary bedroom and the hallway. There is a half bath/powder room off the kitchen which also offers a washer and dryer. Wifi is available.
Guests will enjoy the size and the fully fenced backyard with seating and gas grill, and a corn hole/bean bag toss game perfect for cookouts! Located in a convenient location only a very short 2 block walk to the beach and within close walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and nightlife.
Handicap friendly (ground level, not ADA compliant).
This apartment is the ground floor apartment in a larger cottage home. Need more space? Ask about reserving the whole cottage for your next family reunion or multi-family getaway to Tybee Island. Bikini Top can be combined with Bikini Bottom and can be accessed through a shared, interior locked stairwell. The combination of both properties creates 5 bedrooms, with additional, flexible bedding options, and two complete kitchens and living spaces.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote.
