Berniewood is an upscale condo located at the Captains Watch condo community in a great location just one block from the main beach. This central location offers a short stroll to the Tybee Pier, Marine Science Center, shops, dining, and nightlife. In fact, you are right across the street from the world-famous Breakfast Club.
This condo is nicely furnished and is a great fit for couples and small families since both bedrooms are furnished with Queen beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and for coffee lovers, a choice of a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. There is a breakfast bar that seats 4. The dining area includes table seating for up to 6.
The living area is furnished with a modern style and includes a sleeper sofa (Double size) for extra sleeping along with a 46 flat-screen TV. There is an open floor plan with a kitchen, living room, and dining room. Just off the living area is a private furnished balcony. The primary bedroom includes an attached bath with a walk-in shower and 32in flat-screen TV. The guest bedroom has a 22 flat-screen TV. The full guest bath is located next to the guest bedroom and includes a tub/shower combo.
Reserved garage parking for 2 cars (Oversized SUVs and Trucks may not fit.) High-speed Internet/WIFI is available for guest use. Handicap friendly (elevator building). The rooftop pool is open from May 1, 2022 through September 30, 2022 for the summer season.
Please note that the futon is recommended for 1 adult or 2 small children.
